Policies
Everything that governs what we publish, how we correct it, how we make money and what we do with your data.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 September 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how BitWorld Media INC (“we”, “us”, “our”), the publisher of BitcoinWorld, collects, uses and protects information when you visit bitcoinworld.media (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to this policy.
2. Information we collect
- Information you send us. We do not require an account and we do not run a reader newsletter. If you use our contact form we receive your name, email address, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, country and message. If you email us we receive your email address and whatever you include.
- Business clients. When a company buys a press release, advertising or an event listing, we keep the contact, invoicing and payment details needed for that order. We do not collect payment data from readers.
- Technical data. Our servers automatically log your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs are used to run and secure the Site (including our firewall, which blocks abusive traffic) and are kept only as long as needed for that purpose.
- Analytics, only with your consent. If you allow analytics in our cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 measures anonymised traffic, such as which pages are read and roughly where visitors come from. If you do not allow it, Google Analytics runs in a restricted mode that sets no analytics cookies.
3. How we use information
- To answer your enquiries, correction requests and tips.
- To deliver and invoice services bought by business clients.
- To keep the Site secure, working and fast.
- To understand, in aggregate, what readers find useful (only where you have consented to analytics).
We do not sell personal information.
4. Cookies and your choices
When you first visit, a cookie banner asks for your choice. Rejecting is one click, the same as accepting. Until you choose, only what is strictly necessary runs.
- Strictly necessary: remembers your light/dark theme and your cookie choice (stored in your browser). Always on.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4, as described above. Off unless you allow it.
- Advertising: if ads from advertising partners are shown and you allow it, those partners may use cookies to measure and personalise ads. Off unless you allow it. Client banner ads that we host ourselves set no cookies.
You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page, or by clearing your browser storage.
5. Sharing information
- Service providers that host and secure the Site, provide analytics (Google) or handle our email, only to the extent they need to provide that service.
- Legal reasons, where disclosure is required by law or needed to protect rights, property or safety.
- Business transfers, if the company or its assets are sold or merged.
6. Third-party content and links
The Site links to other websites, including the original reports our articles cite and the third-party headlines in the “Latest updates” section of our homepage. When you follow a link you leave our Site and that website’s own privacy policy applies. Headlines in “Latest updates” are loaded through our own server, so viewing them does not send your data to the publisher.
7. Your privacy rights (including the Texas TDPSA)
Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and other applicable laws you can ask us to confirm whether we hold personal data about you, to give you a copy, to correct it or to delete it. Email contact@bitcoinworld.co.in with the subject line “PRIVACY”. We will respond within 45 days.
8. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information (COPPA). If we learn that we have, we delete it.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information may be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States.
10. Retention and security
We keep enquiry emails and form messages only as long as needed to deal with them and for our business records, and client records as long as tax and accounting law requires. We use technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), a web application firewall and two-factor authentication for administrators, to protect the Site. No system is perfectly secure.
11. Your agreement
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Terms of Use, including its disclaimers, limitation of liability and dispute-resolution provisions. This policy explains our practices; it does not give anyone rights beyond those provided by applicable law.
12. Changes and contact
If we change this policy we update the date at the top. Questions: contact@bitcoinworld.co.in, or BitWorld Media INC, 5900 Balcones Drive STE 100, Austin, TX 78731, USA.

Editorial Policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
BitcoinWorld (bitcoinworld.media) is published by BitWorld Media INC, a company incorporated in the State of Texas, United States. This page explains who is responsible for what we publish, how our articles are produced, and the standards we hold ourselves to.
Who is responsible
Keshav Aggarwal, Co-Founder and Responsible Editor, is the responsible editor for all editorial content on BitcoinWorld. He sets editorial direction, approves what is published in the news sections, and is the point of contact for complaints about accuracy or fairness. You can reach the editorial desk at contact@bitcoinworld.co.in or by post at 5900 Balcones Drive STE 100, Austin, TX 78731, USA.
How our articles are produced
BitcoinWorld is an AI-assisted newsroom. Since 28 September 2026, articles in our Crypto News section are produced as follows:
- Sourced. Every article is built on published reports from established publishers, company statements and public documents. The sources are named at the end of every article, with a link to each original report.
- Multi-source. A story is written only when at least two independent publishers have reported it. The article states which outlet reported what and, where their accounts differ, says so.
- AI-assisted. Articles are drafted with AI tools under editorial rules set by our team. Every article carries a note at the end saying how it was produced.
- Automated checks. A draft goes to the editor only if it passes software checks for factual grounding (every figure, name, date and quotation must appear in its sources), originality of wording, headline accuracy and link validity. Drafts that fail these checks are discarded.
- Editor approval before publication. Since 5 October 2026, every AI-assisted article is read by our editor, checked against its sources and approved before it is published. Nothing is published automatically, and drafts the editor does not approve are not published. Articles published between 28 September and 4 October 2026 went live after the automated checks alone and are being reviewed by the editor after publication; the note at the end of each article says which applies. Every correction request is handled by a person.
- AI-generated images. Illustrations on these articles are generated with AI tools and carry the IPTC “trained algorithmic media” label in their image metadata.
- Fresh. Old reports are not turned into new articles.
Articles in our Investing, Reviews and Exclusive Article sections are written by members of our newsroom. Across all sections, writers are expected to:
- Name their sources. Claims are attributed to the primary source wherever possible: a company announcement, a regulatory filing, a court document, on-chain data, or a named person.
- Link to the original. When we report on information first published elsewhere, we say so and link to it.
- Distinguish fact from opinion. Analysis and commentary are clearly framed as such.
- Avoid price predictions presented as fact. We do not publish articles whose purpose is to forecast the price of a token.
What we do not publish
- Rewritten advertising, token presales, cloud-mining offers or other paid promotions presented as news.
- Headlines that exaggerate or withhold what the story says.
- Claims that are not supported by a named source.
- Articles based on a single report that cannot be checked against a second one.
Syndicated content and past practice
Between early 2025 and September 2026, a large volume of short news items was republished on BitcoinWorld from syndicated feeds and other publishers’ reporting without editorial review. In September 2026 that practice was stopped and those articles were removed from the site. The process described above replaced it.
Third-party headlines on our homepage
The “Latest updates” section on our homepage shows headlines taken from other publishers’ news feeds (currently PANews). Each headline is the publisher’s own, is labelled with its source and links to the original on the publisher’s site. These headlines are not BitcoinWorld reporting and are not edited by our newsroom. Our newsroom may use such a report as one of the sources for an article, but only when at least one other independent publisher has reported the same story.
Sponsored content, press releases and partner content
BitcoinWorld accepts paid content in the form of press releases, sponsored articles and event listings. This content is:
- Published only in the Press Release and Events sections, never in our editorial news sections.
- Labelled as such on the page.
- Excluded from search-engine indexing, and any outbound links it contains are marked so that they pass no search-ranking value.
- Supplied by the client. It does not represent the views of BitcoinWorld and has not been independently verified by our newsroom.
Editorial coverage is never for sale. Advertisers and sponsors have no influence over what our newsroom covers or how.
Conflicts of interest
Our writers and editors may hold digital assets. Staff may not write about an asset with the intention of moving its price, and must disclose any material holding in a project they cover to the responsible editor.
Corrections
When we get something wrong, we correct it and say so. Our Corrections Policy explains how to report an error and what happens next.
About this policy
This policy describes the standards and working practices of our newsroom. We may update it at any time; the date at the top shows the latest version. It does not create contractual obligations or rights for any third party. Use of the Site is governed by our Terms of Use and Disclaimer.

Corrections
Last updated: 5 October 2026
BitcoinWorld aims to be accurate. When we get something wrong, we aim to fix it promptly and openly.
How to report an error
If you believe an article contains a factual error, email contact@bitcoinworld.co.in with the subject line “Correction request”. Please include the article URL, the passage you believe is wrong and, where possible, a source that supports the correction. Requests are reviewed by the responsible editor, Keshav Aggarwal, or a member of the editorial team acting on his behalf.
What happens next
- We aim to acknowledge correction requests within two business days.
- If we confirm a factual error, we correct the article and add a note at the end stating what was changed and when.
- Significant errors, such as a wrong figure in a headline or a misattributed statement, are also noted at the top of the article.
- Whether a correction is needed, and how it is worded, is decided by our editors. Disagreements about opinion, emphasis or interpretation are not factual errors.
Updates and removals
We do not remove accurate articles because a subject dislikes the coverage, and we do not rewrite history silently: where an article is substantially updated with new information, the update is marked with a date. We may, at our discretion, update, unpublish or remove content for legal, safety, privacy or editorial reasons, or where it no longer meets our standards.
AI-assisted content
Articles in our Crypto News section are drafted with AI tools from published reports, pass automated accuracy checks and are approved by our editor before publication, as described in our Editorial Policy. Each one names its sources and carries a note on how it was produced. Correction requests about these articles are reviewed by a person; please report them the same way.
Removed content
In September 2026 we removed a large volume of syndicated articles from the Site, as described in our Editorial Policy. Those URLs now return a “not found” response. If you arrived at a missing page from an external link, that is why.
Legal and copyright requests
Copyright complaints are handled under our Copyright & DMCA Policy. Other legal requests should be sent to contact@bitcoinworld.co.in with the subject line “LEGAL”. Using this Corrections Policy does not create any obligation or liability beyond what is set out in our Terms of Use.

Terms of Use
Last updated: 29 September 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and BitWorld Media INC, a Texas corporation (“BitcoinWorld”, “we”, “us”, “our”), and govern your access to and use of bitcoinworld.media, its feeds, social channels and any related services (together, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Editorial Policy and Copyright & DMCA Policy, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
Please read section 13 carefully. It requires disputes to be resolved by individual binding arbitration and waives class actions and jury trials, except where the law does not allow this.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Site. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with the laws that apply to you.
2. Use of the Site
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to read the Site for your own non-commercial use. You must not, without our prior written permission:
- copy, republish, reproduce, sell, frame or redistribute our content, except for brief quotations with a credited link back to the original article;
- scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download the Site by automated means, other than search engines that follow our robots.txt;
- use our content to train, fine-tune or ground artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models, or to build a competing product or dataset;
- interfere with, overload, probe or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or accounts, or bypass any security or access control;
- impersonate BitcoinWorld or its staff, or use our name, logo or brand to suggest endorsement or affiliation (see Brand Assets for permitted use);
- use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or harmful purpose.
We may restrict, suspend or block access to the Site, in whole or in part, for any person, network or region, at any time and without notice.
3. No financial advice
Everything on the Site is general information for news and educational purposes. It is not financial, investment, trading, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial institution in any jurisdiction. Digital assets are highly volatile and you can lose all of your money. You alone are responsible for your decisions; do your own research and consult a qualified professional. See our Disclaimer.
4. How our content is produced
Some articles are drafted with the help of artificial-intelligence tools from published third-party reports and are checked before publication, as described in our Editorial Policy. Prices, charts, market data and headlines from other publishers are supplied automatically by third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any content, and we may update, correct, move, unpublish or remove any content at any time and for any reason.
5. Sponsored, third-party and linked content
Press releases, sponsored content, event listings, advertisements and third-party headlines are supplied by third parties, are labelled as such and are published as received. We do not verify, endorse or accept responsibility for them, or for any product, token, project, event or service they mention. Links to other websites are provided for convenience only; we do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or anything you do there. Any dealings you have with advertisers or other third parties are solely between you and them.
6. Press release, advertising and event clients
If you buy or submit a press release, advertisement, banner, event listing or other placement (“Client Content”), you also agree that:
- you own or have all rights, licences and consents needed for the Client Content (including text, images, logos and trademarks) and that it is accurate, lawful and not misleading, and does not infringe anyone’s rights;
- you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to publish, format, edit for style and length, label, translate, distribute and archive the Client Content on the Site and our partner and social channels;
- we may refuse, delay, edit, label, noindex, mark links as
sponsored/nofollow, or remove any Client Content at any time at our discretion, including where we believe it breaches these Terms, our content guidelines or the law; - we do not guarantee any level of traffic, views, clicks, search-engine indexing or ranking, syndication, social reach, placement position or how long the content stays on the Site;
- fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once payment has been made, including where content is rejected or removed for breaching these Terms. Any unused value may, at our sole discretion, be applied to a future campaign;
- you are solely responsible for the Client Content and for complying with all laws that apply to it, including securities, financial-promotion, consumer-protection and advertising laws in every country where it is seen.
7. Submissions and feedback
If you send us tips, comments, corrections, ideas, images or other material, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, edit, publish and adapt it for any purpose, without payment or attribution unless we agree otherwise in writing. You confirm you have the right to send it. We are under no obligation to use, publish or respond to any submission.
8. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including articles, headlines, images, graphics, design, code, the BitcoinWorld name and logo, are owned by BitWorld Media INC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners. Copyright complaints are handled under our Copyright & DMCA Policy (designated agent registration DMCA-1081163).
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERRORS, VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BITWORLD MEDIA INC AND ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRIBUTORS, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, LOSS OF DIGITAL ASSETS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, ITS CONTENT OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR (B) US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless BitWorld Media INC and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contributors and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, any Client Content or submission you provide, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Time limit for claims
To the extent permitted by law, any claim relating to the Site or these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after it arose, or it is permanently barred.
13. Disputes, arbitration and class-action waiver
Informal resolution first. Before starting any proceeding, you agree to email contact@bitcoinworld.co.in with the subject line “LEGAL”, describing the dispute, and to try in good faith to resolve it with us for at least 60 days.
Binding individual arbitration. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be settled by confidential, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, before a single arbitrator, seated in Austin, Texas, and conducted in English. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect its intellectual property.
No class actions or jury trials. You and we agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding, and both parties waive any right to a jury trial.
Opt-out. You may opt out of this section by emailing us with the subject line “ARBITRATION OPT-OUT” within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. If this section is found unenforceable, disputes will be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute relating to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, including the Federal Arbitration Act, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
15. Changes to these Terms and the Site
We may change these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page; the date at the top shows the latest version. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without liability.
16. General
These Terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them without restriction, including to a successor or affiliate. We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Headings are for convenience only.

Disclaimer
Last updated: 29 September 2026
This Disclaimer forms part of our Terms of Use. By using bitcoinworld.media (the “Site”) you accept it.
Not financial advice
All content on the Site, including news, analysis, interviews, reviews, explainers, press releases, price data and third-party headlines, is published for general information and news purposes only. It is not financial, investment, trading, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it is not a recommendation, offer or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any asset or to use any service. BitWorld Media INC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, exchange or financial institution in any jurisdiction, and none of our writers, editors or contributors acts as your adviser.
Risk warning
Cryptocurrencies and other digital assets are highly volatile, speculative and in many places unregulated. Their value can fall to zero, and you can lose all of the money you put into them. Past performance is not a guide to future results. Projects, exchanges and platforms can fail, be hacked or act fraudulently. Never invest money you cannot afford to lose, and seek advice from a qualified, licensed professional before making any financial decision. Any decision you make is your own responsibility.
Accuracy and data
We make reasonable efforts to be accurate at the time of publication, but we give no guarantee that any content is complete, correct or current. Markets move quickly; prices, market capitalisations, listings and other figures may be delayed or out of date. Prices, charts and market statistics are supplied automatically by third-party data providers and may contain errors. Some articles are drafted with the help of artificial-intelligence tools from third-party reports, as described in our Editorial Policy; despite our checks, errors can occur. Please verify important information with the original source. To report an error, see our Corrections Policy.
Sponsored and third-party content
Press releases, sponsored content, event listings, advertisements and headlines from other publishers are supplied by third parties and published as received. They are labelled as such, are not written, verified or endorsed by our newsroom, and do not reflect the views of BitcoinWorld. BitWorld Media INC is not responsible for their content, or for any project, token, event, product or service they mention. Research any such offer independently before you engage with it.
No endorsement
Mention of any company, person, product, token, exchange or service anywhere on the Site does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation. Interviews and opinion pieces reflect the views of the people quoted, not necessarily those of BitcoinWorld.
Holdings
Members of our team may hold digital assets, including assets mentioned on the Site. Staff must not write about an asset in order to move its price, as set out in our Editorial Policy.
External links
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those websites and accept no responsibility for their content, security or practices.
No liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BitWorld Media INC, its owners, staff and contributors accept no liability for any loss or damage of any kind, including trading or investment losses, arising from your use of or reliance on the Site or its content. Full terms are in our Terms of Use.

If you believe material on this Site infringes a copyright you own or are authorised to act for, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or, for several works, a representative list).
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it, ideally the full URL of each page.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

Press releases and event announcements are supplied by the issuing company, which is responsible for having the rights to the text and images it provides. If you have a copyright concern about any of this material, the process above applies.
Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, stop publishing material from contributors or clients who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, consider seeking legal advice before sending a notice.
